Canada Post Update

During this time, Well.ca will be relying on other carriers.

Orders destined for P.O. boxes, some remote locations, and Airstage locations cannot be delivered and may be cancelled.

If you live in an area only serviced by Canada Post, follow the steps below to ensure minimal disruptions to your deliveries:

If you typically ship to a PO Box, be sure to update your shipping address to a CIVIC address (i.e. a home or business or a friend/family member's home) - make sure to click "save and continue" when updating.
Double-check your shipping address in checkout, to ensure you've updated properly.

Please Note:

There is no impact on orders not destined for a P.O. box, Airstage locations or remote areas as Well.ca will be relying on other carriers.
Orders destined for some remote areas may require pick-up from the Purolator locations nearest to your delivery address.
For orders already in the Canada Post network, please expect delays. Be advised that Well.ca cannot guarantee the timing of delivery with Canada Post during this time.
Canada Post is the primary returns carrier for Well.ca. During this strike action, returns will not be delivered to Well.ca, and issuance of credits and refunds will be delayed.

Shipping & Delivery

Most Well.ca orders are delivered within 2-5 days, depending on stock availability, warehouse location and shipping destination.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to track your package(s).
Fulfillment & delivery times listed above can vary, especially during sales and around Canadian holidays.

Free shipping to most Canadian Addresses, on orders $35+ (before tax).
Orders below $35, shipping to the US, or shipping to areas within Canada which are serviced less frequently by our carrier partners are subject to shipping fees.
Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery address provided to Well.ca, and if applicable, will be displayed to you during checkout.

Address Accuracy & Order Redirecting

Well.ca relies on our customers to ensure the provided shipping address is accurate before completing a Well.ca order.
Well.ca Customer Care cannot modify or update address information once an order has been placed.
Well.ca Customer Care cannot redirect orders once items have left our warehouse(s).

Multiple Shipments

Some large products will ship individually and in their original packaging.
You may receive multiple shipments from the same or different warehouse(s).
You should receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments.
You will not incur additional shipping fees when your order is split into multiple shipments.
