Canada Post Update
There may be Canada Post service disruptions beginning May 22, 2025. To ensure you continue receiving your deliveries without delay, Well.ca will be making a few temporary shipping changes:
- We will be using other shipping partners wherever possible to help mitigate the risk of delay or lost packages.
- Shipping to PO boxes will be temporary unavailable. If you currently use a PO Box and do not have an alternative address, please order before May 15, 2025 to minimize disruption.

- Most Well.ca orders are delivered within 2-5 days, depending on stock availability, warehouse location and shipping destination.
- When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to track your package(s).
- Fulfillment & delivery times listed above can vary, especially during sales and around Canadian holidays.
- Well.ca ships exclusively within Canada and the US.

- Well.ca relies on our customers to ensure the provided shipping address is accurate before completing a Well.ca order.
- Well.ca Customer Care cannot modify or update address information once an order has been placed.
- Well.ca Customer Care cannot redirect orders once items have left our warehouse(s).
Multiple Shipments
- Some large products will ship individually and in their original packaging.
- You may receive multiple shipments from the same or different warehouse(s).
- You should receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments.
- You will not incur additional shipping fees when your order is split into multiple shipments.
