Canada Post Update October 16, 2025 - Rotating Strikes
During this time, Well.ca will be relying on other carriers and only shipping those packages destined for PO Boxes, Airstage and Remote areas via Canada Post.
If you live in an area only serviced by Canada Post or choose to ship to a PO Box, please be advised:
- Packages may take longer than typical to be delivered by Canada Post.
- Well.ca cannot estimate or guarantee any delivery timelines due to rotating strike action with Canada Post.
- Well.ca will not provide order refunds relating to extended delivery windows with Canada Post.
Shipping & Delivery
- Most Well.ca orders are delivered within 2-5 days, depending on stock availability, warehouse location and shipping destination.
- When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to track your package(s).
- Fulfillment & delivery times listed above can vary, especially during sales and around Canadian holidays.
- At present, Well.ca ships exclusively within Canada.

- Some large products will ship individually and in their original packaging.
- You may receive multiple shipments from the same or different warehouse(s).
- You should receive notification via email when your order is being split into multiple shipments.
- You will not incur additional shipping fees when your order is split into multiple shipments.
