Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action and is not always possible once an order has been placed. Please reach out to our Customer Care team as soon as possible. If cancellation is not possible at time of contact, our Customer Care Team can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please refer to the returns policy below).
Please double check all order details thoroughly prior to placing your order as we are unable to add additional products or edit details of your order after it has been placed. If you've made an error in your order, please contact our Customer Care team immediately for best assistance.
We accept returns of most products in original condition (unopened, unused) within 30 days from the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines. Items are considered final sale after 30 days. We are unable to accept returns from US locations.
Upon receiving your return, our Well.ca returns team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in original and resalable condition before approving and issuing a refund. Restocking fees may be deducted from your refund, or a partial refund issued, if items are determined to not be in their original and resalable condition.
Refunds will not be issued proactively while a return is in transit back to our warehouse location, under any circumstances. If approved, refunds will be processed by our returns team, back to the mode of payment used at time of purchase.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Items which have been removed from their original packaging, assembled or modified.
- Bulk or high quantity purchases.
- Any items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Final sale products, listed below.

Product Defects & Warranty Issues
Any defects and/or warranty issues found with products purchased from Well.ca, including strollers, car seats, and boosters, must be reported directly to the manufacturer. They will assess the matter and provide a resolution at their discretion.
