Chunky, thick, white texture, not a serum.
I was so excited to try this product after reading the reviews but I am not skeptical about how legit the reviews are. I received this product yesterday with my well.ca order and it is awful. It is not a serum. It is white, thick and the texture is all chunky. The photo doesn't do it justice in terms of just how awful the consistency is. Even after shaking it, the texture is chunky and coats the outside of the dropper more than the inside of it. The dropper does not fill up, so to use it I will need to pour it out of the bottle. Not sure if I was sent an expired bottle or what, but it was a complete waste of money! Really disappointed with this brand and with well.ca right now.

Best serum, worst bottle
This is the best serum I have ever used, but I had to take one star off because the bottle is the worst. It wastes so much of the serum because when you close it, it drips out. I really hope they change the bottle and use a pump instead. I am still going to buy it because it fixed my extremely sensitive skin in one day!

Poor packaging
This could be a good product unfortunately the packaging completely turns me off. No matter how careful I am, the product will spill out the sides when putting the dropper back in and at $50 a bottle, you end up wasting WAY too much. Probably won’t purchase again just for that reason.
