Cut off half my eyelashes
I needed an eyelash curler and I love elf products, so decided to go with this one. All was good until one morning, when the bottom part that moves decided to pinch and take half of my eyelashes with it!! Luckily its only the ones near the inner corner of my eyes, but needless to say I THREW this out.

Not well made / dents your eyelids
The top part of the curler is a rectangle vs a curve like other brands. Which means that the edges of the curler dig into your eyelid when you are trying to curl, leaving dents in your skin and ruining your eye shadow. Not worth the purchase.
