Ineffective and over perfumed
Disclaimer: this was the first micellar water product I've ever tried so I have nothing to compare it to. But that said, it didn't work very well to remove waterproof foundation or even washable mascara. It stung my eyes, left my non-sensitive skin feeling sensitized and angry/dry. And the smell is very strong. I was expecting a floral rose scent, but not to that degree. I think it might work as a toner for those who love to smell like roses all day, but I can't recommend it as a makeup remover. I've requested a return on this item.
I hate returning things, but really commend Well.ca for the customer service! You guys are amazing to deal with!

really nice!
i used this today, the smell isn't too strong, it feels sooo nice gliding over the face and over your eyelids. i have very dry, mild rosacea, mid 40 yr old skin, and this was perfect before my moisturizer. it recommends to use it twice a day, however i'll be using once a day as i also use the BB cream cleanser as well. i found that this product absorbed the BB cream even better then before, my skin is more supple and feels better hydrated.

perfect!
A must have toner! It doesn't irritate or burn my skin and removes whatever my cleanser missed without removing too much moisture from the skin. Perfect to use after using a cleanser and before moisturizer

Burnt my face
I love a lot of Burt's Bees products but got a severe allergic reaction to this toner and I don't usually have a sensitive skin. My skin turned very red and hot like a sunburn. Will not be able to use the rest of the bottle...

Burns!
I usually love Burt’s Bees products and was excited to try this. It smells lovely and felt good going on, until 1 minute later my face started to burn. I went back to the bathroom to check the mirror and my face had turned beet red and was burning all over. I rinsed generously and the burning has lessened, but 10 minutes later, it still hurts. Not sure what ingredient would cause this, as it’s meant to be for sensitive skin... I have slightly sensitive combo skin, but have never had a reaction like this before.

Smelled great
it smelled great and I love burt's bees soo much and their lip balm. it is the only thing I use. but when i used the toner my face became red, hot, and splotchy. it might have been my skin type but I wish it worked for me.

AMAZING!!!!
I bought this awhile ago and loved it! I actually ran out and had to buy and other, and am close to the bottom of the second one too! It is great for removing makeup, toning and refreshing your face. I also got my friend onto using it, and she loves it too! I use every night, and it leaves my skin, clean, hydrated, smooth and refreshed!

Please bring the previous rose water back!!!
Have been using the previous version rose water for years with great experience. Now it stopped with this new version with strong plastic smell. Won't buy it anymore. Please bring the old one back!
